How long does it take to get a reply?

We aim to respond to every email within 24 hours on business days. Complex queries may take a little longer, but we will acknowledge receipt immediately.

I lost my Stardust Coins. Can you restore them?

Stardust Coins are stored locally in your browser. If you clear your browser data, the balance resets automatically to the starting amount. We cannot restore a specific past balance because no account data is stored on our servers.

Can I request deletion of my data?

Yes. Email us at support@stargemmatch.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will remove any personal data (e.g. prior support emails) within 20 working days.

Is there a phone support line?
