Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using stargemmatch.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by StarGem Studios Limited.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of New Zealand.
Nature of the Service
StarGem Match is a free-to-play social casino operated exclusively for entertainment purposes. All gameplay uses virtual currency ("Stardust Coins") that is provided free of charge. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be:
- Purchased, sold, or traded.
- Exchanged for real money, gift cards, prizes, or any tangible goods.
- Deposited into or withdrawn from any financial account.
StarGem Match does not offer real-money gambling in any form. No payment information is collected from users.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Site.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Site.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, game mechanics, logos, illustrations, audio, and software — is the property of StarGem Studios Limited or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, StarGem Studios Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is entirely free and involves no financial transactions, any monetary claim arising from use of the Site is limited to zero dollars.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all virtual balances are forfeited (they hold no monetary value).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
